There are those who prefer Singapore or Seoul. Furthermore, there are those who believe that all one needs to make their mark in the Web3 world is a reliable internet connection, regardless of physical location.
Cointelegraph’s editor-in-chief Kristina Lucrezia Cornèr posed this question to a panel of experts at this year’s Web Summit in Lisbon. General partner of Orbit Startups Oscar Ramos and managing partner of Coelius Capital Zach Coelius were among the speakers. The event also featured Laura González-Estéfani, founder and CEO of TheVentureCity.
