Christiano Ronaldo and cryptocurrency exchange Binance have announced the release of Ronaldo’s first NFT collection.
A global marketing campaign featuring Ronaldo will support the launch of Ronaldo’s first NFT. According to He Yi, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Binance, “We believe the metaverse and blockchain are the future of the internet.” “We’re thrilled to work with Cristiano to spread awareness about blockchain technology and demonstrate how we’re constructing Web3 infrastructure in the sports and entertainment sector,” they said.

Seven unique animated statues will be available in the Cristiano Ronaldo first NFT collection, which will be released on November 18 at 9 a.m. UTC (N). Each statue in the NFT collection honors a significant time in Ronaldo’s life, from his formative years in Portugal to his signature bicycle kicks.
How It Works
It has been decided to auction off 45 of the most valuable CR7 NFTs (5 SSR and 40 SR) on the Binance NFT exchange. For the next day, the highest bidder will receive the NFTs up for auction. Minimum bids for SSR will be set at 10,000 BUSD, and minimum bids for SR will be 1,700 BUSD. Binance will sell the remaining 6,600 NFTs (600 R and 6,000 N) at a Normal rarity price of 77 BUSD. In addition, a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box will be given away to all new users who sign up for Binance.com (and go through the necessary Know Your Customer steps). Some may contain Ronaldo NFTs. First 1.5 million new Binance users with referral ID RONALDO will get a CR7 Mystery Box.
Binance.US, the American version of Binance.com, is giving away free NFT souvenirs to depositing users. Users who get the souvenir NFT will be able to buy more CR7 NFTs through a whitelist. New and returning customers alike in the United States can sign up for the promotion by clicking this link. Sets from the Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collection’s future wave will hit shelves in early 2023. Binance.com will be the only place to purchase any of these collections.
